Killer jetlag

Off the grid Man, do I have a killer jetlag or what? Today was my first day at work again and it was awfull. Last night I could not sleep until it was at least after 3am this morning. When I got up I was still feeling more or less ok, but halfway through the day I just almost fell into a coma. And it has been like that the last few days.
