US supreme court : Guantanamo tribunal illegal

Finally the US supreme court wakes up and stands up against Bush: the US Supreme Court has ruled that the Bush administration does not have the authority to try terrorism suspects by military tribunal. The bad news is that the ruling does not address detention of terror suspects in general.
