After about 150 bullets of Magtech 124 grain FMJ 9mm I finally nailed it today and was able to zero in my HK P30L and my Viridian X5L laser perfectly. It took me more effort (and ammo) than I hoped, but that was due to the fact that the batteries that came with my laser bore sight ran out after less than 10 minutes of use. While I was in the US in August visiting my girlfriend, the one theme dominating US news, was president Obama’s healthcare reform plan. As I was getting more and more flaky errors from my Vista Home Premium installation, I recently reinstalled my Del XPS 420. Since I got my hands on Windows 7 Ultimate (legal, MSDN), I decided to take the step and install that. Time to reinstall
After just two years I am already forced to reinstall Winblows Vista on my Dell XPS420. I have a legal (MSDN) copy of Windows 7 as well, but I wonder if I should do a clean re-install of Windows Vista first (as it has all Dell drivers), or if I should just attempt a clean Windows 7 install? Usually the latter is better. I’m now in the process of backing up my stuff to a 1TB USB disk. It’s slow and annoying.
