Conservative? Today is Election day in Holland. We, “the people” get a chance to decide (more or less) who will run our country for the next four years. Off course it’s not an easy job to vote. It sucks! Damn, restoring and installing my Website is quit a lot of work! I decided to put my stuff back up as much as I could, but some things might not work untill I have time to fix it. Right now for whatever reason the mod_rewrite module of my server doesn’t seem to work, and that sucks. So you might be wondering: why am I looking at the old website and old blogs? Well, I had a HD crash. My spanking “new” server (an old P3!) running Ubuntu has problems and so I have defaulted back this old server that still has a mirror on it. But hey: I hope to be back soon! I learned a lot from installing Ubuntu and I have just bought a new 320gb HD and will soon be back in business!

Monument Valley I just love wallpaper. And I don’t mean the stuff you throw against a wall with that gooey, white stuff. I mean computer wallpaper: images used as a background on my computer screen. They are my window on the world (or should I say: desktop) and show me what beautiful places the world has to offer. Still buggy as hell Ok, folks, as I reported this saturday, Vista RC 2 build 5744 is out. I was obviously one of the few to obtain it in time, because this Monday, only two days after making the Release Candidate 2 (RC2) version of Windows Vista available to the public via the Customer Preview Program (CPP), Microsoft pulled the download already.
