The film will star Danny Trejo in his first lead role as the title character. AC/DC vs Iron Man 2
This summer May, Iron Man 2 is coming out. I loved the first one and the second one looks like a killer action movie too. Especially because I got turned of by that wimp of a Peter Parker in the Spiderman movies. Here’s a nice tweak that I didn’t know about: apparently some Microsoft developers have a God complex when it comes to their OS. Hence the “Windows 7 GodMode tweak”. If you’re a hardcore Windows user this is probably old news for you, but I just stumbled upon this today and I can confirm it works rather nice. So what does it do? Summertime
Yes! Winter is officially over again! I have to admit: I always hate it that when we switch to DST (Daylight Saving Time): they steel an hour of my weekend. But on the other hand it’s always nice that it’s light longer in the evening. For about 2,5 weeks I have been waking up by the sound of the birds (and it’s not my Sunrise alarm clock). Thats a good sign: spring is coming and it’s coming fast. I hope it gets warmer soon, so I can have dinner in my backyard.

Last November I wrote about over-the-hill action star Steven Seagal (58 in April) getting his own reality show: Steven Seagal: Lawman on A&E. I downloaded some episodes for my own entertainment and concluded that it is a cop show with a minimum of action. Nevertheless: somehow the series premiere drew 3.6 million viewers, ranking as best season opener for any original A&E series ever. As I wrote, Seagal has been a deputy sheriff of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana for 20 years where he owns a second home. It’s been a long time since I have been impressed with a Dutch music band, but when I saw and heard “The Q4” (also known as “The Quadraphonic Quartet”) on the Dutch daily show “De Wereld Draait Door” (aka DWDD) I knew I had to get my hands on their music. I’ve always been a huge fan of the Predator films. The first one (1987) featured Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Predator 2 (1990) featured Danny Glover and Gary Busey and a young Bill Paxton. Predator 2 gave some cool background information about the Predator character and their code of honor. I.e. the scenes in which the predator leaves the pregnant detective alone and the scene in which a predator rewards Glover with an antique gun to honor his bravery.
