Jet lag is a bitch. Flying back from Carrie is always the worst; I loose a day and it feels just like that. When I arrived yesterday, I felt pretty ok. I slept for one and a half hour and stayed up till 11:30pm which is good I think. But this morning I feel like I have a bad hangover. I got up at 10am after sleeping real good (I only woke up twice) had a large coffee, but still it feels like my engine hasn't started.
I guess what adds to the jetlag this time, is the fact that I had a 9 hour lay-over at Atlanta. So basically I was up at 5:45am and we rushed to the airport (God, I hate saying goodbye) and I arrived at Atlanta at 8:30am and had to wait till 5:40pm. So I walked around the airport (Atlanta is huge) and shopped around a bit (bought myself yet another watch, this time a nice Nautica).
So once I got on the plane I was pretty tired. As always I don't sleep real well on a plane, I kind of doze off for a few mintues I guess. They showed two movies I enjoyed: "Fifty first dates" (so funny!) and "Man on Fire". Both were good entertainment.
Anyway, I just put my vacation photo's online online for you guys to enjoy. Gee, I do like New Orleans but next time we should go there when its not +98 degrees (36 celcius). Then we can go see more of the town without melting like some popsicle ;-)
Starting work tomorrow again: brrr, I don't feel like that at all. I better chill out some more today ;-)
Blog you later!
