Now here is a real funny story: an Italian television presenter pretending to be actor Nicolas Cage fooled the world renowed soccer club Real Madrid into thinking he was the real thing and enjoyed the full red carpet treatment at this week's Champions League match against AS Roma! The lookalike, Paolo Calabresi, watched Wednesday's game from the directors' viewing area at the Bernabeu and was even taken into the team dressing room afterwards. There he was even photographed being presented with a personalised Real shirt by club president Ramon Calderon.

Haha, what a prank! Now check out the photo (just click on it) and tell me which one is the real Nicolas Cage.

David Letterman's Tribute to Bill Gates

He might be in his seventies by now, but ex-astronaut Buzz Aldrin, the second man in history to walk the moon, still has the right stuff! He proved so by punching looser 'wannabee conspiracy theory' Bart Sibrel smack in the middle of his ugly face when he was calling Aldrin a "a coward, a liar and a thief". According to Sibrel, Aldrin never was on the moon. According to Aldrin, he was lured to a Beverly Hills hotel under the pretext of an interview on space for a Japanese children's television show. When he arrived, Aldrin claims Sibrel was there demanding that he swear on a bible that he walked on the moon. When Aldrin refused, Sibrel called him a coward, a liar, and a thief. Off course no one with just an ounce of self-respect would put up with that. And so Aldrin showed Sibrel how to get a 'buzz' out off a brawl. Normally I love a good conspiracy theory but the ones Sibrel comes up with are just ridicilous. Anyway: Way to go Buzz!

Sometimes you wonder how people find out stuff. Like: who would try to see what happens when they combine Mentos candy with Coke? And more mind boggling: why? I confess I never knew about the whole Mentos & Coke thing, until a couple of weeks ago when my collegue told me about it and showed me a video. For those that just crawled out from under a rock: combining Mentos with Coke has an instant 'geiser' effect. So off course there are a lot of videos on YouTube for instance, that show the results of such dumb experiments. But there is always this small percentage of people that succeed in taking this silly stuff to a whole new level. Like the �bergeeks from EepyBird.com with their "Extreme Diet Coke and Mentos Experiments". And I have to admit: they really are cool.
