Since 1995 I have been flying a lot with Delta Airlines. In fact I must have used them for 90% of my intercontinental flights from Amsterdam to the USA (Atlanta). So I figured: why not sign up for their customer loyalty program? And so I did in 1997 or so. Over the years I accumulated about 57.000 SkyMiles. So all in all I can say I was a loyal customer right? So why is it so damn complicated for Delta to acknowlegde that and reward me for it? Instead they have a totally inadequate cutomer care and they bombard me with mailings about things I can not participate in! In fact they totally discriminate against non-US citizens!
